BLOODY PISSED
*this entry will be rather 'bloody'
ITs a DAMN BLOODY PISSED day today.
we, the retards had da good mood to go pizza hut and eat.
and so, we went to the BTP's pizza hut.
then, our bloody pissed day began.
we went in and sat down at ard 1.20pm
and so we decided all our meals and were getting ready to order at ard 1.30pm
we tried to get the attention of the servers.
BUT BLOODY HELL, EVERYBODY IGNORED US AS IF WE WERE INVISIBLE
the servers were not even observing the surroundings.
and they cared more about cleaning the tables rather than taking the customers' orders.
at ard 1.4opm.
we got so fed up, we wrote our orders on one paper and called for one of the servers and passed it to her.
and the face that she gave us really made me feel like giving her a tight slap
we thought everything will turn fine and our meals will come soon.
but who knows.
WE WAITED FOR LIKE BLOODY 45 MINS.
OUR DRINKS AND SOUP WERE NOT EVEN SERVED YET.
but one of the main course came.
like wtf, wat kind of service is this.
aren't soup and drinks supposed to come first.
and so we confronted the server, and all she gave us was a blank face despite we complaining.
after like ten mins or so.
one of the manager served us our drinks.
i was so pissed off that i told da manager we waited for one hr and da baked pasta wasn't even hot. we can even hold it up with our hands.
all da manager did was to say sorry and walked off.
come on, is that wat a manager should do?
bloody hell.
and wat was worse.
da servers' attitude were so BLOODY BAD.
when dey served us our food, dey just literally slam da food on the table and walked off.
wtf sia, they din even bother to say wat is this and put in properly.
and one of the malay girl server's attitude is so DAMN BLOODY POOR, I FEEL LIKE I CAN THROW THE PLATE AT HER AND I WONT REGRET.(okay, im not a racist)
dis was wat she did.
she served us da beef lasagne and asked did we order any lasagne.
so we told her where's our soups and appetizers when they are supposed to come first before the main dish.
SHE IGNORED WAT WE SAID AND REPEATED "DID U ORDER BEEF LASAGNE" IN A MUCH LOUDER VOICE. AND THIS WAS WAT SHE DID TWICE TO US.
DAT MEANS SHE IGNORED OUR QNS TWICE.
WAT F******/ BLOODY ATTITUDE IS THIS TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS?
we got really pissed off and asked for the manager.
we asked the first time and there's was no reply.
and so we asked for the 2nd time i saw the malay girl server slammed the tray angrily and guess wat was the reply.
THE MANAGER WAS BUSY.
BLOODY HELL. AREN'T CUSTOMERS SUPPOSED TO BE FIRST PRIORITY?
i dont care wat u were busy at behind the kitchen, i dont care watever shit u were busy doing.
aren't managers supposed to solve all these customers complains instead of hiding behind and claimed that he was busy.
EVEN IF HE'S BUSY, CANT HE EVEN AFFORD LIKE 5 MINS TO ATTEND TO ANGRY CUSTOMERS?
more of our food came but we gradually lost our appetite becox anger were controlling us.
AND SOMETHING ELSE THAT MADE US REALLY PISSED OFF AND WE DECIDED TO LEAVE WAS WHEN WE SAW CUSTOMERS WHO CAME IN SO MUCH LATER THAN US HAD THEIR FOOD SERVED AND SOME EVEN FINISHED EATING AND BILLED.
LIKE WAT THE SHIT SIAWE WAITED FOR LIKE ONE HOUR ONLY FOR OUR DRINKS TO SERVE. AND THE OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME IN LATER THAN US ALREADY GOT THEIR FOOD SERVED EATING HAPPILY WHILE WE WERE STILL WAITING FOR OUR BLOODY SOUP AND FOOD.
this really pissed us off, and so we wrote a letter, asked for the other manager, complained and we left without eating and without paying.
AND I SERIOUSLY THINK THEY DONT DESERVE THE 10% SERVICE CHARGE AT ALL.
this is the first time i ever got so pissed off and the first time i ever complained to managers that are RATHER USELESS.
i swear i wont ever step into that pizza hut again.
